We offer a free consultation with parents that can be in your home or a community location.

Once you have decided on  hiring a doula you can expect a well rounded  support through pregnancy,birth,and postpartum.

* A Private consultation in your home to  go over your  birth plan, questions, labor preporations, or a ceremony for the birth team to get together and embrace the upcoming birthday.

* We are On Call from 37 weeks on,for labour support. This can be a great time to get to know your doula better and benifit from all she has to give.  We have some tricks of the trade for soothing many discomforts that are common at the end of pregnancy. We offer help planning a Blessing Way, belly casting, cloth diapering, newborn and breastfeeding  preparation, massage, referals, and most of all support in any way you need it. 

 * Once labor has begun you will have a your doula at your side  when you need her.  She will stay with you through the birth and until your new born has had a chance to bond and breastfeed. 

 *At day 2-3 your doula will bring you a meal and check in to  bring comfort  and support.  We can help you  get a meal train started and offer nutrition,herbs,and breastfeeding wisdom.

 * In addition we also like to write up a birth story for each new family
